Naturalization · Form N-400
Certified translation for naturalization.
Becoming a U.S. citizen is the final step of a long journey — and USCIS reviews your whole history before you take the oath. We translate the civil, court, and tax records behind your N-400 into certified English, each backed by a signed Certificate of Accuracy USCIS accepts.
Overview
A complete record for the final interview
Naturalization is USCIS looking backward: your birth and identity, every marriage and divorce, any arrest or court case no matter how it ended, your tax compliance, and your travel history. Any of these records in another language must be filed with a complete English translation and a signed certification.
Court and tax records deserve special care — dispositions with legal terminology, transcripts spanning many pages, stamps and seals that carry meaning. Our translators render legal and official language precisely and completely, so the officer conducting your interview works from an accurate picture of your history.

Frequently asked questions
Does USCIS require certified translations with Form N-400?
Yes. Any supporting document not in English must be submitted with a complete English translation and a signed certification from the translator. Every certified order from Translethics includes that signed Certificate of Accuracy.
I was arrested years ago but the case was dismissed. Do I need to translate those records?
We cannot advise what to disclose — ask your attorney. If you submit foreign-language court records, they need certified translation; we translate dispositions and dismissal orders precisely, legal terminology included.
Can you translate many pages of tax transcripts?
Yes — multi-page IRS transcripts are routine. At $24.75 per page you know the full cost up front; send the documents and we confirm the page count.
How should I send passport pages showing my travel history?
Clear photos or scans of the relevant pages, uploaded through our order form, are all we need. Note which pages matter for continuous residence and we handle the rest.
