2. Our services

Translethics LLC provides professional translation services, including certified translations for immigration filings (USCIS, immigration courts, and U.S. courts), standard translations, notarization arrangement, expedited processing, and mailed hard copies. Every certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Accuracy.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on our website are estimates. After you submit an order, we review your documents and confirm the exact price — you approve the quote before any work begins. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice; confirmed quotes are honored as stated.

4. Orders and turnaround

Turnaround time begins once your quote is approved and your documents are assigned to a translator. Estimates are based on our experience with similar orders; because every translation is completed by a human linguist, we commit to our best effort to meet or beat the estimate rather than a guaranteed hour. If anything threatens your deadline, we will tell you promptly.

You are responsible for providing complete, legible source documents and accurate information (including correct spellings of names). Delays caused by unreadable files or incorrect details may shift the turnaround estimate.

5. Revisions and acceptance

We offer free revisions within 30 days of delivery where the source document has not changed, as described in our Refund Policy. Our certified translations carry the acceptance guarantee stated there: if a receiving office rejects the certification itself, we correct it free of charge, or refund the translation if the certification still is not accepted.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your documents as strictly confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page. Documents are handled only by assigned translators, never shared beyond what is needed to fulfill your order, and never reused. We will sign your firm's NDA upon request.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; or to interfere with the security or operation of the website. Violation of these terms may result in termination of services.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, design, and our emblem — is the property of Translethics LLC and may not be reproduced without our written permission. Translations we produce for you are yours to use for their intended filing purpose upon delivery and payment.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our services are provided on a professional-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Translethics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including filing delays or decisions by government agencies or courts. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
