Immigration documents are among the most sensitive papers a person owns. We treat every file you send us accordingly — with technical safeguards, strict access controls, and contractual confidentiality across our whole team.

Encryption in transit

Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Every page load, order submission, and document upload is encrypted in transit using modern TLS, so your files and details cannot be intercepted between your device and our servers.

Secure hosting

Our site is hosted on Netlify's managed cloud platform, which provides automated security patching, DDoS mitigation, and managed TLS certificates. We do not operate our own servers, which means there is no unpatched infrastructure of ours holding your data.

Document handling & storage

Uploaded documents are received through our secure order form and stored only for as long as needed to complete your order and meet our record-keeping obligations. Files are never published, never used for any other purpose, and never sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Access controls

Access to your documents is limited to the translators assigned to your order and the project manager overseeing it — no one else. Every member of our team works under a confidentiality obligation, and we will sign your law firm's NDA before work begins whenever you require it.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe, our PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page — we never see, handle, or store your card numbers on our systems.

Confidentiality commitment

Beyond the technical measures above, confidentiality is a professional commitment: your files are used solely to complete your translation order, and we do not disclose client information to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
